Hirsch Vineyards with Jasmine Hirsch
Hirsch Vineyards Masterclass
Thursday, 23 April 2026 | Dublin
Jasmine Hirsch, co-founder of In Pursuit of Balance and current steward and winemaker of Hirsch Vineyards, will visit Dublin for the first time to present her estate wines in person. This Masterclass tasting is designed for sommeliers and wine buyers, offering a rare opportunity to experience the depth, precision, and singular character of Sonoma Coast’s most celebrated vineyards.
Sitting along the rugged slopes shaped by the San Andreas Fault, Hirsch Vineyards spans 72 acres across 67 individual blocks. What began as a sheep ranch in 1978 under David Hirsch has evolved into one of the oldest and fully biodynamic estates on the True Sonoma Coast. Biodynamic farming has been practised across vineyards, gardens, and orchards since 2014, capturing the extraordinary convergence of land, sea, and climate that defines this terroir.
As expressed by Hugh Johnson in The World of Fine Wine:“Purity of fruit, firmness of purpose, a sense of place to set my satnav spinning. This was Pinot Noir of a kind I had never seen… I simply had to go and see where it came from.”
