Domaine Adélie is located in the Côte Chalonnaise village of Mercurey. Its 7 hectares of vines are divided among different plots. With a surface area of 0.9 hectare, the “Champs-Martin” plot is located on rather steep, south-facing slopes where the brown soil contains limestone and clay. Their “Champs-Michaux” Chardonnay vines cover a surface area of 1.2 hectares. They are planted in soil that contains a high proportion of clay, but in which large beds of calcareous rocks are also found
